We are governed by a Board of Directors, which meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 6 pm. Normally we meet at our offices, 211 South Trade Street, but during the COVID-19 pandemic we are meeting virtually or outdoors at the City Pavilion. Uptown Shelby business and property owners and members of the public are welcome to inquire about attending.
